A day in the life.
As our Director, Executive Liability Claims on the Claims team, you'll provide quality XLP claims consulting and advocacy services to MMA clients in the UMW Region. Responsibilities include assisting producers in the sales process by explaining our claims advocacy service, providing suggestions and recommendations to adjusters to assist with claim resolutions and developing claims management strategies with clients and documenting activity. Services should help clients reduce the cost of claims and provide clients with the necessary information to determine the best claims management approach for their organizations. Duties include training, acting as an educational resource, public speaking, prospecting, partnering with HR/Safety/etc. to develop best client outcomes.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 10+ years of claims experience including strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- General knowledge of Executive Liability lines of coverage, contractual policy language requirements and the implications of that language as it pertains to denial of claims.
- Demonstrated ability to work at a varying pace, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often, and managing frequent interruptions.
- Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Law degree and/or insurance designations (AIC, ARM, CIC or CRM).

The applicable base salary range for this role is $82,400 to $153,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
