The company was founded in 1984 by current President and CEO Arthur J. Dunne, Jr., with the recognition that administering a quality insurance program takes significant time and energy - something few brokers or businesses have in abundance. Mr. Dunne seized the opportunity to create a company that would work with brokers - as well as directly with clients - using solid management principles, efficient systems and state-of-the-art technology to create comprehensive, cost-effective insurance programs that manage claims, control losses and improve productivity.
