JMI Reports is a regional inspection vendor currently servicing 20 states for multiple P&C Insurance carriers and large agencies. JMI performs inspection services covering Personal Lines (Mainstreet dwelling inspections, High-Value inspections, Mid-Value inspections, Mobile Home inspections, Photo Only inspections, interior electrical/heating/plumbing inspections, woodstove inspections, and hobby farm inspections as well as ITV valuations), Commercial Lines (Mainstreet mercantile, habitational, contractor, commercial auto, work comp, product liability, telephone surveys), and Agribusiness Lines (Large commercial farms; Livestock confinement, dairy, grain farms).
Company History
JMI Reports began as a one-man operation in 1987, started by our father James McKendry. He had five inspectors and one main carrier client, working primarily in NE Ohio. From those humble beginnings, and taking what we learned from our father's 30+ years in the inspection business with Commercial Services, Inc, his sons have now built JMI Reports into one of the most respected inspection companies in the industry ... with close to 450 inspectors completing work in 20 states.
