About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Enrolled Agent to join our relationship-focused firm and play a key role in delivering exceptional tax support to our clients, including individuals, small businesses, and trust and estate clients. This hands-on position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your experience in tax preparation, planning, and compliance within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Requirements
In this role, you will:
- Prepare and review individual, business, and trust income tax returns
- Research and resolve tax-related questions and issues
- Assist with gathering and organizing client data for tax planning and compliance
- Maintain current knowledge of tax laws and changes to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
- Support the team in delivering timely and thorough tax services across a variety of client types
- Communicate directly with clients to collect documentation and explain tax matters
- Represent clients in IRS and state correspondence matters, with support from senior team members
- Work with tax software including QuickBooks, Lacerte, TPS, Adobe, and Microsoft Office
- Help ensure internal procedures and documentation standards are followed
