The Role

Reporting to the CFO at the South-East HQ, this hands-on Management Accountant role places you at the heart of the business, partnering with key stakeholders across a complex, multi-site operation where your insights drive real impact.

• Support the financial performance of a complex, multi-site operation through accurate reporting, analysis and commercial insights.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts across multiple sites, monitoring performance against key financial targets.
• Assist in Month and Year End processes
• Deliver monthly management reporting, including analysis of actual results, variances and updated forecasts.
• Provide key financial analysis, including pricing and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Present financial reports and insights to senior management, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Your Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance, with CA or CPA qualification
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Management Accountant and/or Finance Analyst role.
• Strong experience working with complex ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret large data sets.
• Cost accounting experience highly regarded.
