This internship will provide experience with primary, excess and professional liability claims-related litigation and business-critical work assignments and projects, an overview of legal experience within a corporate structure and an opportunity to develop work-life skills.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with Litigated and Pre-Litigated matters and Special Projects as assigned
• Conduct legal research on various claim-related issues on a 50-state basis
• Identify legal trends in relevant claim-related subject matters
• Draft memoranda and Project Summary Reports
• Review and synthesize information retrieved from various legal and non-legal databases
• Interact and liaison with in-house claims and legal staff and outside law firms as directed
