The HR Operations Intern will provide essential support as our organization transitions to a new learning management system. In this capacity, the intern will contribute to content preparation, communications, documentation, testing, and various system validation tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional development and practical experience during a critical organizational project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update notification emails for facilitated classes, including tailoring customized communications.
- Update course descriptions for GAIG-created classes, covering both instructor-led and eLearning modules.
- Assist in evaluating content to determine what should be migrated to the new learning management system and what should be archived.
- Support the project team by validating data and transcripts to ensure accuracy.
- Help manage content review status across business units and subsidiaries, which involves:
- Maintain and update tracking logs
- Assist with communications to stakeholders
- Through this internship, the individual in this role will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise learning systems and participate in a large-scale system transition. They will develop experience in supporting content readiness and change management initiatives, acquire a foundational understanding of learning data and transcripts, and learn to consider user experience aspects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Comfort working with documentation, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Interest in learning systems, HR technology, communications, or change management
