Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. The Cyber Claims Manager will be based in our NYC, Philadelphia or Chicago office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the officeAs a Cyber Claims Manager, you will provide strategic, proactive advice to clients navigating the claims process, liaise with insurers to resolve coverage issues, and lead a multi-team of Claim Advocates to achieve operational goals.

- Lead a team of Claim Advocates and support the develop of the team to improve standards within Claims, to achieve internal KPIs and ensure client satisfaction for claims advocacy services
- Handle complex discussions with clients, client claim review meetings and claim strategy discussions in order to provide subject matter expertise and delegates tasks in line with specific client requirements.
- Liaise with Operations team regarding claims processing and client feedback, manages escalated issues and oversees key risk areas to facilitate smooth functioning of the claims process in order to support generation of revenue for team
- Study reports on productivity and achievement of targets of team including revenue and budget and takes resultant action in order to improve department's productivity and achievement of targets including revenue and budget.
- Manage departmental performance, efficiency initiatives & manages effective management initiatives of shared operations by challenging existing practices and driving innovative solutions in order to achieve quality, compliance and productivity targets in the function.
- 10+ years of claims experience; 5+ Cyber Claims experience a must
- 3+ years management experience highly preferred
- P&C license is mandatory, or ability to obtain
- Self-starter, resourcefulness with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize work.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $132,700 to $282,700.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
