Bookkeeper Your new company
We are a rapidly growing residential building business seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. After strong growth and an increase in staff, we're bringing bookkeeping internally to save time, improve accuracy, and resolve issues faster as the business continues to scale. This is a hands-on, trusted role at the core of the business, working closely with ownership and senior support.

Your new role
You will be responsible for end-to-end bookkeeping, including:

Payroll

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

BAS preparation and reporting

Supporting the leadership team with accurate, timely financial information

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper/Accounts Support

Strong Xero experience (essential)

Confident with payroll, AP/AR, and BAS

Comfortable in a rapid-growth, evolving environment

Practical, organised, and proactive

Enjoys being the go-to finance person in a close-knit business
