Job Description

As an accountant, your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Handling accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes for the property portfolio.
• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing required filings.
• Working closely with the wider Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes.
• Collaborating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation during audits.

The Successful Applicant

A successful accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are open
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA (or equivalent) are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the property industry is an advantage.
